Brothers Gary and Randy Emerson formed GRE Partners in 2010 with a collective 50 years of experience in Southern Arizona Commercial Real Estate. Prior to forming GRE Partners, both Gary and Randy were associates at Bourn Partners, LLC.

Randy Emerson – Partner and Designated Broker

Randy Emerson is a Partner and the Designated Broker at GRE Partners. Randy focuses primarily on commercial and residential land brokerage. In addition to being a licensed real estate broker, he is also a registered architect. Randy has been involved for 30 years in all facets of real estate including design, entitlement, finance, brokerage, development and marketing. For twelve years, Randy managed multiple Arizona real estate assets for a Los Angeles investor. During that time, he was instrumental in the formation of a new homebuilding company in Scottsdale beginning with an acquisition of assets from the Resolution Trust Corporation. Over the years Randy has developed a keen understanding of the Southern Arizona land market and has handled the most complex and challenging brokerage and consulting assignments.

Randy has been extremely active in community activities having served as President of the Tucson Jewish Community Center and Tucson Hebrew Academy, as Chairman of the Tucson Convention Center and has worked on numerous other Community Boards. He and his wife Bonnie raised three children in their historic midtown El Encanto home where they’ve lived for over thirty years.

Gary Emerson – Partner

A graduate of Arizona State University, Gary has brokered industrial buildings and investment properties in Southern Arizona since 1984.  He was one of the top producers at CB Richard Ellis, Grubb & Ellis and Bourn Partners before forming GRE Partners, LLC in 2010. Gary has negotiated many complex multi-million dollar transactions for national and international corporations.  These transactions included large lease, existing building and development deals.

Gary is married to Laury Goll, a gynecologist, and they have two daughters. He and Laury enjoy the authentic Tucson lifestyle on their eastside horse property. Gary is on the Advisory Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters and is one of the top Masters competitive swimmers in Arizona.
